Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership Tiers and Fees:

The Her Next Deal membership provides paying members with access to weekly financial freedom hour calls, weekly accountability pods, access to in-person and digital events, real estate courses, an online community, and more.

Cancellation Policy:

Members may cancel their monthly or yearly membership at any time by emailing our customer service team at support@hernextdeal.com. Members will remain active until the end of their current billing period. Upon cancellation and the end of their active billing period, members will lose access to all Her Next Deal benefits, including weekly mentor calls, weekly accountability pods, access to exclusive events, real estate courses, and more.

Refund Policy:

Monthly and Annual Membership Fees:
All sales are final and refunds are not guaranteed. Due to the nature of our services, which include access to digital and proprietary information, Her Next Deal does not offer refunds for membership dues. Members are encouraged to take full advantage of the membership benefits during their billing period.

Annual Renewals:
Upon renewal, annual members have a 14-day window from the renewal date to request a cancellation and refund for the renewal cost only.

This refund window only applies to the subscription renewal, allowing members to cancel if they do not wish to renew. After the 14 window ends, no full refunds will be offered. Annual members can cancel to prevent future charges and will remain members until the end of their billing cycle. 

Access to Weekly Calls and Online Community:

Active members have access to weekly mentor calls through a software called Airmeet. Active members also have access to an online community through a website called Circle. After cancelling, Her Next Deal members will lose access to both of those platforms as well as their Her Next Deal member account.

Exceptions:

Her Next Deal reserves the right to make exceptions to this Policy at its sole discretion. If there is a mistake on our end or if the service provided is not as described, we will work with the member to find a suitable solution.

This Policy does not create any contractual or legal rights on behalf of members, and it is not intended to be a complete statement of all terms and conditions applicable to the Program. All other terms and conditions of the Program remain in full force and effect.
